Titans Destroy Mount Carmel at Home

By: David Henein

On Thursday May 21st, our senior boys’ lacrosse team took to the field to play against Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. The game started out fast-paced with both teams giving it their all to come out with the win. After the first time out was made, it was clear that HT was the more dominant team out of the two. Scoring not one, but seven goals against Mt. Carmel - making the score 7-0. It wasn’t until late in the second half that Mt. Carmel tried to make a comeback, scoring two goals right after each other, making the score 7-2. Mt. Carmel played very hard and tough defense to try and stop our boys’ from scoring again. Yet their efforts were useless as HT scored yet again bringing the game to a close at a final score of 8-2.

Good luck to the senior boys on Monday in their games against St. Ignatius of Loyola and Corpus Christi at Notre Dame.

GO TITANS!!!!!
